Rohan Online is definitely not for "carebears". One of the game's wicked features is the vengeance system that allows you to get even if killed in the field. This means you must be fully prepared to kiss the ground or smite players whenever you feel like killing someone (blood lust activated lol!)
Upon reaching level 30, your PK (player kill) protection is deactivated. Everyone who is level 30 and above is allowed to take you down. Everyone has 10 PK limit. One kill equals one point deduction from your current possible kills and so on until you have nothing left. But be sure to stay out of trouble when you have no possible pks left why? Because when you can't control your battle hunger and mistakenly killed someone, your name turn RED which signifies you to be a MURDERER! Once you've been pawned while in murder status there's a high possibility that your equipped gears and weapon will be dropped (ouch!). But that is not the essence of Rohan Online's vengeance system. Let me explain further.. if you've been killed, your instinct to get revenge automatically lights up right? Rohan's vengeance system allows you to teleport on the exact location of your killer giving you all the right to tear him apart! But that's not all, you can also invite your party mates to back you up on your revenge. Pretty neat isn't it?

The axe icon will instantly transport you and your party to the location on your killer.
Using Rohan's vengeance system is only possible when the target is not on safe zones and can only be used in three cases:
1. Right after you've been killed 2. You used the first attempt and recharged in game with the help of an NPC. 3. You get infinite pk recharge by buying in the item mall.
By talking to the NPC, vengeance can be recharged once (in-game) but if you want it that bad to murder someone at will, you need to buy Ancient Assassin's Inheritance in the item mall.

I. Township Battle
Rohan Online became popular because of its many unique features which became the game's trademark for awesomeness. This new breed of MMORPG will introduce to not only single pvp skills but also teamwork and guild battle prowess. Like other MMORPG, Rohan Online has its own way to build one's legacy and yes, there's no one other way but crushing the opposition in an all out war called Township Battle. II. Forging and Refining
Forging
In Rohan Online, items or equipments (i.e. weapons and armors) have four categories based on rarity and value. Take note that you can only forge weapons and armors. Earrings, eyewears and other accessories are obtained from mobs and dungeon boss.
*In forging, weapon stats and a random value from option stones will be stacked together in the final output.
Item Classifications
Normal - Monster drops and npc equipments are classified as normal however, items bought from npc's have no added options.
Rare - Rare equipments are forged from two normal items making one rare item.
Unique - Items made from forging two rare items.
Ancient - These are unique items combined with either an option item or an accessory.
Refining
Status Refining allows you to permanently decrease or remove the status of a weapon or armor and accessory (i.e. intelligence, strength and dexterity). So if you're build lacks a particular stat in order to equip an item, status refining is the solution.
Level Refining on the other hand decreases the level of the item and allows players to use items with higher level requirements. However, level refining only permits a maximum of 17 level refinement. Actually, the safest number of refining is only 15, so why 17?
*This feature is only limited to weapons and armors, accessory can not be level refined
III. Vengeance System
This feature is rather complicated for newbies but as you get on with the game, you will find the vengeance system remarkably insane it catching your enemies off guard. Inside the game, killing and getting killed is inevitable and the fastest way to get even is using this feature.
IV. Pet System
Rohan Online Philippines has a unique pet system which allows players to take care of their pets to aid them in pvp/pve and let it acquire certain levels as well. The game currently has a total of eight different pets with various effects if summoned. These effects are optimized from level 1 to level 3 along with the pet's level achievement.
Pets could reach a maximum level of three if fed sufficiently. In order to level up, pets should be fed every time it feels hungry otherwise it could die from starvation. The pet's skills and effects increase when it acquires higher level. It also changes its appearance.
